I’ve spent over two decades in the SaaS and e-commerce world, building teams, scaling companies, and learning that great business is about more than just numbers—it’s about people. I built XM Elevation because I saw how misaligned teams and fragmented processes can hold back even the most promising companies. I believe that if you lead with conviction, empathy, and a sense of adventure, you can transform not only your business but also the experiences of everyone involved.
When I’m not strategizing with clients or driving growth through integrated customer, employee, product, and brand experiences, you can find me out in nature—skiing, biking, or exploring new trails with my family.
